Coin Casting – The use of Coinage for Divination & Conjuring W/Rev. John (Corvus) Huculiak

They are everywhere, hidden in plain sight. Coins are so intertwined with our daily lives that they are not often thought about as “magical” tools.
Often dismissed as “Low” or Folk magick, along with some other roots of conjure (cards, nails, and other quotidian materials of daily living) by those who forgotten these roots of Conjure coin-casters can secretively “flip” a coin to active workings, before others can get their spell-books open.
Join John Corvus as he leads you through the divinatory, Casting, Craft-working of “Jangling Arts” known as coin-casting. By the end of this workshop you will have an understanding of how to use coins effectively, and cash in on the multitude of ways they work in both everyday practice, and exceptional magick!
Participants can bring a special coin to the course, if they choose.

John Corvus is an Rromani Wayfarer & Divination Practitioner/Omnimancer, working with various communities for nearly 30 years. He is the guardian of the Saint Sara e Kali Shrine in Hamilton, and an adept in certain houses dealing with old- world traditional “folk-work”; who works toward a better understanding of the rich history & diverse cultures of the Romani & Sinti peoples.
