Dowsing Workshop #1 with Brian Gray

• From the dawn of time, mankind has sought answers to the unknown, the intangible and the invisible.
• In this quest, a variety of instruments and techniques including dowsing rods and pendulums have been developed.
• There is nothing magical or mystical about working with a dowsing tool and you do not have to be a psychic to do so.
• Just as radios pick up information from unseen radio waves, a pendulum is a powerful antenna that receives information from the energy waves emitted by people, places, thoughts and things.
• Some say that dowsing is an ‘intuitive technology’ as electro-magnetic waves show themselves as neuromuscular reflexes seen by the movements of rods and pendulums.
• Some say that dowsing tools create a bridge between the logical and the intuitive aspects of one’s mind.
• Some say that dowsing tools connect them with a ‘higher power’ and call it ‘divining’ as the information is believed to come from a Divine source.
• Another way of looking at dowsing is realizing that if a TV antenna can pick up invisible rays and translate them into pictures, so perhaps the inherent electrical current of one’s brain can act as a receiver for which the dowsing tools serve as transmitters.
• The use of dowsing tools is considered to be a science, known as ‘Radiesthesia’.

• This hands-on workshop has no prerequisites and is designed for beginners, those with limited knowledge and experience working with dowsing tools as well as those seeking enriching experiences.
• A pendulum will be loaned to anyone who does not yet have their own.

• Workshop topics and activities may include:

• working with your body as a dowsing tool
• choosing & caring for a personal basic pendulum
