Join Julie for a Snow Moon Sound Bath at The Mystic Tree. The Snow Moon is a time to cleanse and release any lingering emotional or energetic burdens, allowing space for clarity and renewal.

A Sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses cound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind, body, and soul. The Snow Moon is a time we are still fully immersed in the depths of the Winter season. Time for stillness and further reflection and meditation on our lives. What do you want to call in or let go of during this Full Moon?

Our teacher Julie uses a full set of Chakra Singing Crystal Bowls and Reiki to lead you on a journey of sound meditation. Sound can clear blockages and helps the body and mind to unwind. Sound vibration can help facilitate warm healing energy to flow within the body.
